2021 Westcott Lillias Chardonnay ribeye steak we have focused on growingLillias is a fresh and approachable version of Westcotts signature Chardonnay. Unoaked and pure, the nose includes melon, orchard, and jasmine flowers. The palate showcases more than what I normally expect from an unoaked Chard. The flavours span peach, orange, honey melon, jasmine flowers, and a hint of vanilla, while the full malolactic fermentation brings a nice, creamy texture to this wine.
