果香在口中如萬花筒般綻放，從清涼的綠色水果到多汁有鹹感的核果，呈現多變複雜的滋味，略帶異國情調。品嚐時也不會覺得過於甜膩，是一款相當平衡的葡萄酒。

二次瓶陳：60 個月。

底岩都是由Celles-sur-Ource村的Kimmeridgian形成。1996年起取得Ampelos認證。絕大部分都是來自單一年份的收成。使用原生酵母，在不鏽鋼大槽中進行發酵，帶渣培養。二次瓶陳30個月以上。除渣後再靜置6個月後才出貨。
