This item is used, please look at pictures for condition. Tested and works. Seems to hold time, at least did for the time I had it plugged in. About 5 hrs plugged in. Has some scratches scuffs from use and age. Hr hand is not held on to tight, looks like it is very finicky. If you know how to tighten it you should not have a problem. Selling as pictured, more than welcome
