2012 Gembrook Hill Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs 750ml Cremant de Bourgogne 89-92 points - Jasper MorrisDisgorged on the 5th December 2025 with thirteen years on yeast lees. A special release of a tiny quantity of Blancs de Blancs aged in our cellars. Bottled with zero dosage as per the original 2012 wine which was originally released in 2018 with 6 years on yeast lees. 'The original '12 Blanc de Blancs was released in '18 with six years on lees. (See James Halliday's note below.) This is the same wine but now with 13 years on yeast lees. Disgorged 5
