This is for a Smith & Wesson 4" M&P K frame revolver, LEFT draw. Holster is plain black leather and black stitched. Holster has a scuff over the shoemaker star. This was done when a item was discontinued and no longer in production. Specifically designed for plain clothes wear. Holster has slight forward tilt, 1 3 4" belt and with hammer guard.
