So, there are political, financial, moral and even competitive reasons you might not want to go all the way in on wheel effects

So basically instead of paying the command tax with mana you pay it with life, which is a huge upgrade since mana is a significant bottleneck to casting all the spells you want each turn and paying life is not just way easier to do in this deck but can actually be an advantage, as I'll cover later on
