The vise is in excellent used condition. The HMH Premium Vise was designed in 1975 for a new breed of fly tyers born from the renaissance of fly fishing in the 1970's. The vise was chiefly designed by Bill Hunter, founder of HMH, in 1975 76 with a great deal of input from America's premiere tyers of the day. Those
